This staged project involved the replanning of the Scotch College Middle School site and features a new two storey Middle School Teaching & Staff building, a new Library building, a refurbished and extended Food Technology & Teaching building, a Canteen fit out in an existing under-croft and a refurbished Arts facility.
The buildings feature a fully featured Building Management System for control and monitoring, Energy Recovery Ventilation systems for fresh air supply to teaching spaces, a Night-Purge cycle for the ‘Learning Street’ and concealed mechanical plant to the new buildings.
