Development of a new Secondary School in Butler, Western Australia, carried out over two separate stages.
The school buildings comprised of General Teaching Areas, Materials & Technology, Science and Food Technology Teaching Areas, Library, Pool, Performing Arts, Physical Education and Cafeteria.
The mechanical services feature a mix of evaporative cooling and reverse cycle air conditioning (VRF and split systems), pool hall air conditioning, specialist dust extraction systems, fume cupboards, kitchen exhausts, refrigeration systems as well as specialist gases. A Building Management System (BMS) is used by the school to control and monitor mechanical services throughout the site.
